The Ramblers meet on the last Saturday of each month (weather permitting) at 9:30 a.m. in the church car park.  Our walks are usually relatively easy walks of 5 to 6 miles.  We stop for our pack lunch about noon and if possible end up near a café for tea/ coffee and a scone.

Our more local outings include walks are along the Lagan towpath from Shaw’s Bridge or Drumbeg bridge, the North Down path from Holywood to Bangor (back by train) and Helen’s Bay to the Lead Mines.  If the weather is fine walks on the Cave Hill or Black Mountain give great views.  Further afield we go to Tollymore or Castlewellan Forest parks or even the North Antrim Coast.

If you are free on Saturday, pack your ruck sack and join us for a bit of exercise and companionship.  Everyone is welcome so watch out for the announcement in the Weekly Sheet.
